Together we will listen to the parts of you that you aren’t always sure what do do with—anger, longing, cravings, etc., and work to help them find their place within you. At Integrated Self we take into account all of the things that make you you— your history, culture, spirituality, physical health, etc. and use evidence-based treatment to tailor an approach that is as unique as you are. Together, we will work to help you to achieve your goals, and find a sense of wholeness, resilience, and peace!
